 In order to ensure high quality customer service to our valued customer, cardzglobal committee:

 I.  RESPONSE 

 Ensure key service person is available during normal business hours.

 Ensure key service person have cell phone and remote email access to manage  emergency  needs on  a 24/7 basis as required.

Provide same day responses to email and voicemail requests

Supply completed responses to all quotations in writing within 24 to 48 hours of request.

Email proofs in pdf form within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of working files

Fulfill sample within one week of request where materials requested are aviable.

Communicate data proofs within 48 hours of receipt of data

Respond to all urgent order fulfillment issues escalated via email/phone within 4 business hours.

 II.  ORDER MANAGEMENT

  Ship orders to a minimum of 99.5on time versus the committed ship date provided.
